  • 2,500 additional acres acquired in 2017 bringing the total acreage to 3,800 continuous acres
  • 60-member club consisting of 50/50 ratio between local and away members to control hunting pressure
    • Away member is anyone living greater than forty-five miles from the club
  • Members are encouraged to bring spouses and dependent children less than 21 years of age, to help promote a family atmosphere
  • Junior memberships available for club members that have children 17 years of age or older, still dependent and living at home
    • This is a privileged membership approved by the club president that allows the junior member to hunt alone without their parent accompanying them
  • Deer management practices in place
    • Management examples: 16" antler spread required for trophy whitetail management, wildlife camera surveys, yearly harvest log detail compiled
    • 5 bucks total allowed to be harvested per member, harvests must fall in line with the antler spread guidelines and correct SCNDR tags
      • Members are allowed one buck of choice within a designated area of the club with adequate SCDNR tag, this counts toward the total count of 5 bucks per member
      • Family harvests count toward the 5 buck limit per member
    • Doe harvests are welcomed, each member can harvest as many does as they have SCDNR tags for
  • Check-in (pin in) board process in place to ensure hunter safety
  • Property is protected under a conservation easement
  • The club is managed by democracy principles whereas all members have the opportunity to vote on changes to the member constitution
  • Board of Directors in place to manage day to day activities and enforce the member constitution
  • Numerous club stands available as well as shared member stand practices in place to offer each member ample hunting options and promote camaraderie among members
  • This is a Game Zone 2 hunt club, no deer or hog dog hunting allowed with dogs. Dogs can be used for small game hunting, coon hunting permitted during deer season
  • No camp site available on the club, numerous lodging and camping options available within a short drive of the club located in Greenwood, SC and on Lake Greenwood
  • Upon membership inquiry submission, elegible prospective members are asked to complete a phone interview with the Club President. Once the phone interview is complete, a tour of the club may be scheduled at that time
